Subject: Bubba sets up the big screen tv on the klub's stage.

He turns it on, tests the sound. He motions for the Red Speedo Revue to move some of the speakers. The Dancing Danas are placing boxes of kleenex on all the tables, while the Dippin' Doggetts carry in case after case of root beer. Bubba grabs a broom and taps a message into the ceiling. Rabid is on the roof, adjusting the antenna. She snags her sweater set on a shingle and lets out a mild profanity.

Kande is behind the bar, polishing glasses and lining everything up. A backup refrigerator has been brought in for the extra root beer.

Kenamom calls to make sure the turnstile is working properly. Series finale taxes are a bear, but it must be done. She knows none of the Shipperville residents will make a peep. After all, it's really a small price to pay after nine years.

CW comes in, carrying a box full of black armbands that she's knitted. Little Mulder and Scully faces are on them. All but two have hearts around the faces.

KS, Detoured and IG arrive. They are sweaty after their afternoon of plastering the town with posters advertising Sunday's big event at Kande's Klub. DBTL rushes in with her signed permission slip - she's staying out late on a school night!

Stardoe patrols the town unnecessarily. No one feels like creating a ruckus. SMH and Scullystar polish the Scully statue in the town square, while Melissa wails at the foot of the Doggett statue.

Aunt Madge puts the huge stockpile of sedatives near the emergency room door. Something tells her she might need to use these Sunday night.

Bubba gives kande a thumbs up - the tv is set up, the speakers are in place, kleenex is everywhere. He plops down in a chair and wipes a tear from his eye. Kande walks over and pats her alien friend on the shoulder. She places a frosty root beer on a coaster in front of him. He smiles his thanks.

Kande slips his tab under the coaster and resumes her spot behind the bar. Waiting...waiting...waiting...
