mangled in a tangled NAKED heap on the floor, the cardboard packing case they were romping around in had split open and the whole side was flattened under them. Too busy with what they are doing, they fail to notice the stunned Kande standing rooted to the spot staring at them.

"I don't believe this" croaks Kande as she turns to dry heave into a 4 gallon drum of petrol beside her. "I have to stop KS from finding out. She will be devistated. But I can't let her carry on with that rat JD without knowing. And I can't just let this keep happening. I"ve gotta get help. I need advice about what to do."

She furtively looks around and spies a vat of Liquid nitrogen in the corner. She quickly and quietly tips it and lets and stuff run out onto the floor. It seaps over to the rabid couple and covers them. In an instant they are snap frozen in dry ice.
"Oh no. What a spectacle" groans Kande. "Now what will I do with them?"
Kande decides to store them away somewhere out of the way while she seeks advice about her delema [sp]. She grabs the corner of the packing case side and drags the ghastly statue out beside the railway tracks. She decides to hoist it up by a pully onto an old rusted [one of those see saw things that go along the tracks when you pump the handle] and she covers it with an old tarpaulin she finds tangled in a nearby bramble.
"There, that should do it." She wipes the sweat from her single eyebrow.
"Meeeooowwww" she hears.
"Oh Hello Kitty" murmurs Kande as she remembers her little friend. "I think that can be your name. Hello Kitty. Very cute. "
Kande clasps Hello Kitty to her breast and trudges off to find the mayor to ask her advice about Melissa, Doggett and poor KS.

Only a minute after she leaves, a pack of dogs come racing through the yard. Two of them snatch the tarp off the statue of Melissa and Doggett and start a tug'o'war. The others wrestle under the heave-ho thingy. In their scramble they dislodge the brick that was lodged under the wheel of the heave-ho thingy . The dogs race off with the tarpaulin just as the heave-ho thingy begins to squeak forward , down the track, on it's way to Shipperville Railway Station and Main street level crossing.
