Bubba, acting as court reporter, scratches down notes. Rabid peers over his shoulder but can't make out what he's written. "What does this say?" she asks as she points to a scribble in the middle of the page. Bubba slaps her hand and continues writing.

The sound of glass breaking is heard from the direction of the klub. All heads swivel toward the sound. Bubba begins sniffing the air, then starts stealthily toward the klub. He hides behind trees, in garbage cans, down into the sewer, slowly getting closer to the goal. He eases up the manhole cover just enough to see Pattini sitting on the steps, scratching and cleaning herself. Suddenly, everything goes dark.

Stardoe, standing on top of the manhole cover, looks around. She spies the pile of broken glass and goes over to investigate with the rest of the Shippervillians close on her heels. Getting out her fingerprint dusting equipment, the area is quickly covered with black dust.

"Interesting." Stardoe murmurs.

"What? What's so interesting?" KS is clamoring for a better view. The sooner this issue is resolved, the sooner they can all get back to planning her party.

"No fingerprints."

"Why is that so interesting?" KS sees her party plans falling into disarray.

"Because of what is there." Stardoe pauses for dramatic effect.

"Well? We're waiting." Kenamom crosses her arms and taps her foot.

"Pawprints."

The crowd gasps and looks over at Pattini, who is avidly cleaning the incision from when she was spayed. Sensing the eyes upon her, Pattini stops and looks around. She picks up a piece of glass and chomps on it.

Kande screams. "No! Pattini!" Kande runs toward her wittle kee-kat, then falls out of sight. Bubba has managed to remove the manhole cover and is running full speed toward the kitten. As he makes a dive to grab her, she jumps out of the way. Bubba crashes into the steps and knocks himself unconscious.

"Can we get back to my party planning?" whines KS.

"Not until we get to the bottom of this." A grim-faced Kenamom puts away her party favors and puts on her mayoral beanie. Spinning the propellers, she moves quickly into action.

Pattini, fascinated by the moving propellers, jumps on Kenamom's head.
