Whether anyone wants to believe it or not; whether anyone wants to admit it or not; no matter what the reasons were for people watching the show----ship, stories, scare factor, myth etc, ----I think we all must agree that even though CC said that it was not the Mulder and Scully hour.......it actually was. Not in the way that the non MS hour people want to deny but in a good way. They were this show. All for one and one for all so to speak. So you americans can understand my point, you can't have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the jelly or without the peanut butter. Just which one is Mulder and which one is Scully, I'll leave to your discretion.

I really think the biggest mistake CC made was keeping Scully [and William] around. I'm sure that some of the fans who have boycotted the show might still be with us if they had been given what they wanted in S8 [more ship and an MSW forever type season.] then they might have just been happy to have a look at the new show with the two new people. Maybe not but they wouldn't have been as pissed off and so may have been more open to remaining tentative fans of the new XF.

I too hope that Mulder and Scully are together for every scene just like the old days. I hope there are not too many flashbacks unless they are like Per Mannum where we haven't seen them before. Show us what we missed years ago.

I have never been a fan of M- only and S- only scenes/eps and I really love their interaction and dialogue. I really would love to have some brainiac banter between them with Dog and Mon staring on in amazement. I hope Mulder is really Mulder and there is no question about his identity. And lets have a bit of lovey dovey stuff at long last. Not too much but more than just a peck on the lips and a head butt.

Well that is all. I am wondering just when XF starts here. I have not heard a peep . The guardian is on in that time slot and it would not surprise me if we don't get the last season. I must start a search in the TV guide. Anyway I hope the finale is everything that everyone wants. [Do I really have to say Moronos included???] Even for those boycotters who really should come back for one last dose of the good stuff.
