OldSpice, thank you for being so willing to open up to us a bit. :) I really appreciate the information you have shared with us so far. It's GOOD to be able to "fill in some blanks", and to better be able to understand a bit of where Brian was coming from....

I know I must have a million questions, but I'm interested in the last time you saw him--I believe you said it was a day or two before he died...? How did he seem to you then? Was he relaxed? Anxious? Feeling good or poorly? From all the books out there, good and bad {and mostly bad}, we've rather been led to believe that Brian was getting himself together in his last days---excited about his musical future, enjoying {as much as he could} the country life.....did you ever meet Frank? Or Tom? Did he feel like he was not exactly in charge of Cotchford--that Frank and the builders were running things? I guess I assumed you had been to Cotchford, but that could just be an assumption on my part. :) Anyway, I was just interested in how Brian was doing, during those last weeks/days of his life...
