Aiko smiled at Arienne, but the fear wasn't still gone from her eyes, not yet. She sneezed lightly from the tocuh to her nose, and the girl, after Karsky had finished talking, clamped her arms around her instead- for the time being.

"Kawsky! I was so wowwied for you! I'm scawed...." she finsihed her sentence, realizing something. "I said it wight! I said 'scared'- look. I did it again..." the little girl felt proud of herself, momentarily forgetting her fear.

But looking at Thorn made her fear return- not the blood on him, no- Rika had often come home bloody. Bloody noses, broken arms. Fights. Those sort of things. But it was the sad look in his eyes that scared her, and she hugged Karsky's legs tightly to overcome it.

However, she stayed in her spot, culred up like a ball, wishing she could just dissapear from sight- just for awhile. She didn't want them tosee her- see her, and then blame her for something she already knew- rub her face in it. She knew Karsky didn't blame her- or at least, Karsky made it seem that way. But she wasn't so sure about the others....
