Bit controversial but could work well and will make the league very authentic....

After we do the draft we then (either by a random number generator, 20 sided dice etc, dont include numbers 19 or 20) roll the dice twice and choose two teams, eg 1 = Austria etc.

That team then has a contract holdout on their first round draft pick, another dice is rolled (eg 6 sided dice) to determine how many weeks the first round pick is holding out for. These picks would also miss training camp.

Also another one is similar, a team is picked (or teams), then with a random number generator that player is basically refusing to play and wants to be traded or he'll sit out the whole year.

Yes theyre controversial but very realistic. In the FWL you get dynasties, eg Austria and if they avoid retirements they will always win. It'll make the league boring and stale. Doing this causes teams to have a few upsets some years and also generate trading, eg the trading of holdouts etc.

I think theyre a good idea ?
