I would gather everyone together and tell them again that the enemy is coming. Then I would tell them to look at what they are doing to themselves, fighting together and neglecting nearly everything else. I would then tell them, how things would look like if the enemy had attacked, buildings will be torn, people will be killed, everything that we had worked for will be destroyed. Should they think and reflect and realise what they have been doing and come to their senses, I would then help them in a plan to protect ourselves, and help them rebuild our clan
