He felt his twins presence at his side, yet he made no acknowledgement of her. His mind was too focused on his mother right now. Strange as it seemed, the little drakling was desperately trying to help her within her struggling mind. But he could not overpower the will of a God. He could merely sit there and watch as she was destroyed though her love for his traitorous father. Venorik swore then and there he would never be like his father. He would not destroy the people he loved for his own lust and greed. Growling low in his throat, he silently wondered what would happen if he went to where his father was and confronted him. Not that Raistlin would listen to him...
