..... I suppose that depends on the subject concerned. If it's mathematics then, for example, one plus one is ALWAYS two. 100% TRUTH here, always! By definition.
..... If it's politics or religion, for example, one person's truth is often, unfortunately, another person's "lie" or "ignorance" or worse. And there are in some (many?) cases possibly MANY truths related to the same topic.
..... A close approximation to the truth is practised by most good journalists - they try to CONFIRM their stories before publishing them.
