Our first step for resolution was to contact the principal, which we did by email. Mrs. Leibowitz responded with her email, excerpt at the Beatty Advocacy Did You Know Page.

Obviously our children are out the heat running, even after a response from the principal. Bringing the kids outside to run laps and then moving indoors does not make sense at all if the school is concerned about our children's safety. Those kids are still out in the heat and direct sunlight between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Our next course of action will be to contact numbers given to us through the CCSD, regarding children's Health and Safety. Maybe this issue will be finally resolved, as this has happened every year at our school since we're gone year round.
