 I actually spoke with ASE 2 days ago to inquire about getting an RMA fo my Vivante XL. I was informed that they no longer support service of any kind, in or out of warranty for Transmonde products. The owners in Taiwan directed ASE-USA to basically stop any and everything to do with Transmonde products. It took them several months to get rid of the leftover inventory. They were honoring the service requests up to a certain point but they are out of the Transmonde business now. As a matter of fact most of the techs are already back in Taiwan. They had no suggestions as to where to go for service or parts. We are on our own so be careful with your machines!
