Where is the h*** is the bulletin board post for today????? Here I am sitting with something to post and now I have to wait 'cause it's only general interest and not deserving of a post of it's own. Whadcha doing Charly....sleeping in??????? LOL.

For those of you who don't know, Charyl is here is with me, lazing about, debating if she should get up out of bed and get moving. Maybe coffee will help????

We had a great time walking around Mont Royal yesterday-colours were absolutely brilliant and the company was even better. Pictures to follow later!!!!

    - Update! Big hugs to everyone, I think you really made something happen. He feels like it went ok and actually called me on his way from the site to the doc-in-a-box for "pee in a cup" testing. I told him that's a very good sign (why would they pay the $$ to do screening if he wasn't a strong candidate?) but he is more cautious about it. Okay, here's the scoop in a nutshell. :-)

When I went to visit the Claire's Ring jewelers before Fergus last year, he gave me a really cool Claire's cuff bracelet made from the design of the Claire's ring. I then asked if he could make one for the others that it wouldn't of happened w/o them...DG, Janice, DG's elf Susan, and Elaine (not of the boards) who put the design together.

While chatting I said...it would be really great is someone made jewelry for really popular books, or just great fiction, that nobody does anything for people that love to read. He basically said if I designed some things, they would come up with some stuff too, and I could make a website for it all.

So the next time I saw Diana (at a book signing in Chicago) I asked her we could sell "Brianna's Bracelet" ,the cuff, some other neat things, and other things from the books, she graciously said, yes.

After many designs, molds were made, samples made, photographed, an online store was born. Brianna's bracelet is there, among other Outlandish treasures, and so far some Jane Austen, Anya Seton, and Charlotte Bronte.

Group pricing is available, there's a link on the page. I don't have anything to do with ordering, its all done through the jewelers, just like Claire's Ring is now.

So please pass the site around, the more that get's sold, the more that can be made just for us lovers of books! :-)

- Judie -- just wanted to share that, when my autistic son was in 5th grade and studying the solar system, part of the unit involved making a presentation about a planet or heavenly body; my son was assigned the Moon. How wonderful is that! (and I bet you know where I'm going with this...) After each kid made his/her presentation, he/she had to "give" the classmates a token in which to remember the presentation. We made a CD of songs all having to do with the Moon --- from Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven to Blue Moon, Bad Moon Rising, Moon River, 19 songs from different genres. Fake YouTube Pages Carry Dangerous Viruses

SAN FRANCISCO � Savvy Internet users know that downloading unsolicited computer programs is one of the most dangerous things you can do online. It puts you at great risk for a virus or another time bomb from a hacker.

But even some sophisticated surfers could get taken in by a sneaky new attack in which criminals create fake YouTube pages � dead-on replicas of the real site � to push their malicious software and make it look like it's safe stuff coming from a trusted source.

A program circulating online helps hackers build those fake pages. Users who follow an e-mail pointing them to one of the pages would see an error message that claims the video they want won't play without installing new software first.

That error message includes a link the hacker has provided to a malicious program, which delivers a virus.

Even worse: once the computer is infected, it's simple for the hacker to silently redirect the victims to a real YouTube page to see videos they were hoping to see � and hide the crime.

"It's spot-on accurate, and that is scary," said Jamz Yaneza, threat research manager for security software company Trend Micro Inc. "If I were watching YouTube videos all day I would probably click on this one."

The tactic itself isn't new: There's a constant push by criminals to build more convincing spoofs of legitimate sites to trick people into downloading harmful software. And the latest attacks don't target any vulnerability in the YouTube site.

But it highlights the fact that criminals are getting better at creating bogus sites and developing so-called "social engineering" methods to fool people.

Fortunately, truly alert Internet users can still see the telltale warning signs with the fake YouTube pages.

For one, the Web browser won't show the real YouTube's Internet address. And to even see the malicious page, you have to first follow a link that's sent to you, which is often a tip-off that you should independently verify whether the site is legitimate.
