Here's the single most important tip anyone can remember.

The player makes the gun, NOT the gun makes the player. Yes, having a good gun helps, but if your skill level is mediocre, then it doesn't matter if you have a 20 dollar blade or a 1500 dollar angle. So, instead of thinking you need the best gun on the market, think about improving your skills!

Besides that tip, just help out whenever possible, practice, and have fun! Don't do anything to bring a bad name to the sport of paintball!
