Yeah, they leak....I've bought two, and they both leaked right out of the box...however, I immediately replaced and greased the o-rings, and ever since then, no problems (except for the swelling thing that one time).

As for accidently sliding open during a game....I've never had a problem with it...even though on mine, I've polished the body of it (where the o-rings ride) to the point where it will fall open or closed just by tilting the gun. When it's gassed up though, it takes *significant* force to move it, and the way I've got it configured (next to drop forward on right side), it's never been a problem in play. Really useful though when I need to de-gas the marker to strip and clean it between games and don't want to unscrew my HPA tank, or dry fire it in the parking lot (the refs get mad when I do that).
