Hey don't worry soo much about the fluctuations, you can adjust the velocity on an f4 through *many* extremes with the plug. You'll be able to make up for any lost velocity.

Your sales clerk was incorrect, only because this is not the way that F4s are. Spyders etc. have the spring guide inside the striker (opposite the F4). ACI did it differently, why? Who knows... People have asked.

It really won't effect velocity, it doesn't really change much of anything!
