Yes delrin bolts w/o orings usually are a bit larger, and as you said everyone is different. But since there are none available for the F4, I decided to design, Im not sayin my design is any better, although I hope it does. Also I do understand y'all are just trying to help, and greatly appreciate all the feedback, keep it coming. Im still working on getting one made, I think Im going to try to refine the design a little bit better and just get my local machinist to make it for me. I would of had it made this weekend but delays keep popping up.

BTW, Yes Mav, there will be a whole for the stick ring(or whatever its called). I tried to draw it, but then again, I was using MS Paint.
