The "bolt" in the bottom chamber is the striker (or as they used to be known as hammers) :)

The O-ring on that part could very well be the problem (not creating a seal which gas uses to push it back into place) I'd reccomend replacing it.

Also be sure that your striker and sear are not worn down (there should be a crisp edge on both parts).

Another thing is to make sure that you're not shooting too low of velocities or too high (both could cause shootdown problems).

That's about all I can think of, go through it, make sure it's oiled well and all the seals/mech parts are in good shape!
