Mac and Ken (at K&P customs) have both produced "low pressure" valves.

However, I don't remember either meeting with real success. F4s are high pressure markers and are probably meant to stay that way.

Besides, I don't really think it would be worth producing, there is no real market but having one of your own could be a neat custom addition.

There are few actual advantages to running "low pressure" and the major hype of the technology has really faded away.

You'd be better off producing ASA's and other machined parts. Maybe lightened strikers (if you'd really like to stick with the F4).

Although, I don't mean to rain on your parade, just offering my opinion :)
