well it could be a few things. first off check the sear and make sure the leading edge is nice and sharp, not rounded. same with the striker. make sure the area that contacts the sear is also nice and sharp. You mentioned you haven't change orings and other stuff. I would take it apart and do a complete cleaning and while your at it change all the rings. inspect the springs and inspect the internals.
