Subject: CO2 Leak at Vertical Adapter

I had just recently bought an ACI F4 Illustrator. It was working fine but then there was a serious leak of CO2 which had managed to empty my 9 oz tank in a matter of secs. I found where the problem was. It was where the vertical adapter (not the grip it self) connects the the gun. The O-ring came loose. I managed to get it back in, not really sure if it was seriously damaged or not. But the Adapter is loose and i don't know how to tighten it. Im sure if i got it tightened it would fix the leak.
