Hi and welcome to paintball, I could right forever giving you tips and info on this and that but for the most part what you will learn will come from experience.

-Learn as much as you can about your equipment especially before you buy it.
-Take care of your equipment (like your mask, it's there to protect you)
-Buy a *quality* mask
-Take the time to learn your equipment and practice with it as well (Practice makes perfect) :)
-Listen to the advice of more experienced players (although avoid those who have bad attitudes etc.)
-And yeah remember to have fun playing , stick around place like this people round here love to help new players.
