I like the xp because it comes with alot of upgrades already.if your looking for price savings, this is a good deal . you get a x-chamber,a upgraded barrel,custom anodizing and a new venturi bolt(that most people say does nothing)and now the new ones come with a double trigger.it all depends on what you want to spend.I got mine for 210.00 at an ACI yard sale.I guess the choices are all up to you.I don't think my newer f4 is any less Reliable then the older ones.just keep your marker well lubed and it should last a long time no matter what year you end up buying.
