Ok you want a quick answer. everthing after the 99 model year is basically the same. Thare are very small changes to the newer ones. things like a composite double trigger and I think the asa is a bit different but not much. The F4 has pretty much stayed as it was created. So if you cant find a 99 just get the new one. At least you'll get the owners manual and barrel plug :)
