The scratch on the bolt shouldn't be the problem...mine had a decent scratch there and still worked fine.

Check all of your o-rings...replace any that look even remotely worn. Add a tiny bit of lube to all of them. put everything back together, gas up and fire 20-30 shots (with no paint), it could be that it just hasn't fully 'sealed up'. This happened with a friend of mines F4, we took the whole thing apart, lubed everything, changed a few o-rings and it leaked again untill we fired a bunch of shots through and then everything was fine. The leak stopped and it hasn't had problems since.
If that doesn't work you may have one of these 'faulty valves' I keep hearing about. Apparently the only sollution then is to send it back to ACI and have them replace it. (this seems to be a pretty rare deal)
