I agree. if you are breaking paint in the barrel then an e-hpper probably is not the issue. You might have burs on the bolt/breach/barrel. If your chopping paint right at the bolt then it could be ROF in which case an e-hppr will help. look through your bolt, upper chamber, and barrel and make sure they are smooth as a "you know what" if they are all ok then check where your power feed plug meets the breach. Some F4 models have an ilignment problem. Also check your ball detent spring. I remember adjusting once to play with smaller paint. I forgot to re-adjust back to bigger paint and it was chopping like crazy.
