1.) Its only common if you're in the habit of removing the cocking mechanism frequently. The aluminum receiver tends to strip out easily at the smaller screws. Your best bet is either a heli-coil insert or replace the whole receiver (from ACI's parts bin).

2.) Bolt body lock pin: There are 2 (I believe) white nylon inserts in the bolt, visible from the side. These inserts have obviously worn out and need to be replaced. You can find replacements in the F4 Maintenance Kit. Simply poke them out from one side, and slide the new inserts in.

3.) The only other trigger frame is ACI's double trigger, available in aluminum ($70) or composite ($30 - plastic, like the stock one). These are available direct from ACI.
