Darkened beast walks into his old terra. He knew many were angry at him, but he didn't care at that moment. He caught himself quickly as he realized he was about to fall down the hill. He looked at the evergreens, a strange darkness around him. He had thought the exodus would help. He had thought it would erase the memories. He had thought wrong. And he had spoken true to Adrian that one time, he remembered so well. Winter will take what it needs from me. And I will not fight it. All he wanted was to see Amadeus again. Once more. All he wanted was to hear the words stuck inside everyone to coemout and strike him. Blow after blow, to let some others feel the relief he could never have. All he wanted was to hear truth instead of see it. For his final hours.
