- I am absolutely saying that his personal history likely makes him predisposed to that kind of security for him (and probably his family) in a way that might sway an otherwise self-believing young football from dropping down so far. I believe that, allied to a gamble that Birmingham will, in two years, give him what he'd hope to achieve at Fulham in that timeframe - a Premier League starting spot - made it an easy choice for him.
