Why on earth would NECSD, after hiring a guy who bankrupted another district(Rochester), hire someone to run their 300 million dollar budget, who has none of the required qualifications and zero experience in finance? Why did the board approve the hire? Why hasn’t this been reported to Hoovler or state education department or the IRS or FBI for that matter? Especially given the districts past corruption as it pertains to attendance and graduation rate? Where is the media? Where are the taxpayers? Where is the teachers union? Where is Black Lives Matter? This is a disgrace. You want to fix systemic racism? Stop vandalizing black neighborhoods and start fixing these abominations. Stop forcing black kids to attend schools that are run with this level of corruption. The people running the district are criminals and the people living in the city are criminally negligent for allowing it to go on for this long.
