Who in their right mind will invest in a City, let alone on a block, where shells are going for over 200k, and no fire protection. If those row houses had not been brick, like 90% of Newburgh residential structures, that block would have been lost. It's lost now, but at least you can rebuild. But life isn't as resilient, as a building that burns. I implore the City to dona real accredited impact study on fire protection as it pertains to the specifics of the City of Newburgh!!
