the feline's jaws did not liberate their strangling hold. talons held rigid and her hinds left the soil as he made for the tree reaching up to strike at his lower chest and stomach her hinds holding considerably more power then her frontal limbs. suddenly a harsh thump made her forcible hold back a scream of pain. though golden gems widened in the astonishment of the sudden ache. she felt the bark dig into her back. and her frontal claws began to wrench at the hide she had managed grab onto hoping to make the beast back up so she could get off. a snarl erupted from her throat her hold remaining.
