It hasn't... & I'm not saying, that part should be changed. I just think it would be better to say, "Incorrect PTB, scrum, opposition loose head & feed"

Are these actions accidental? No, they are the result of coaching and trying to gain an advantage.
Disagree… Sometimes they are accidental or sometimes just laziness.
