::It was Angus that marveled as if it were magic, magick that a void in the crowed tavern was created as both drunken sailor as well as tavern wench parted like the bible story of the red sea parting for Moses.
It was uncanny to see a drunk who was lucky he still stood gave a wide birth then the straight line back to his table. Even Blind Willie the fiddler who made it too the bar and heading back with tapping cane, was pulled out of the old crones path by a tavern wench took hold of Willies arm saying "let me lead you Willie, your heading in the wrong direction", Willie would have said something to the fact that he knew where his was going, but shrugged his shoulders telling himself that when a pretty lass wanted him to go.. why not. It was like the wench took Willie the long way around to his chair.

Angus followed in the wake of the old crone at a respectable distance, giving a nod to another bouncer to take Angus place at the entrance, another nod to Bloody Mary to make sure no one follow him, or the old crone into the back. Again Angus waited at the door, just within shouting distance.

In the back sat Robert on the table where he normally sat to count the Taverns take for the night, but not this night. He made sure his tied up guest hand been taken out the back way, leaving him and Cricket with the privacy the two personalities warranted. The door opened and closed as Robert with his back to door took down two goblets and poured each, from a dusty bottle.::

I trust ye will find this better taste then ta ::lifting one goblet and turned to face her:: swill I serve me customers. ::he smiled to her:: Drink.. as me guest, fellow confidant, trusted ally
