Have there ever been any recorded apparitions of Jesus in the 20th or 21 century?

Although it was not an apparition of Jesus. Back in 1978, when I was in 5th grade. The face of the crucified Jesus, appeared on the white altar cloth during the church service on Good Friday at the Episcopal Church in the town where I still live. ( A little girl who was at the service with her grandmother noticed the face). I remember going to the church with my mom and her friend. They both saw the face, but I couldn't see anything. My dad took home movies of it, it was only then while watching it on the screen that I could see the face of Jesus. For weeks people lined up block after block waiting for hours to get inside the church. There were news crews from all over the world. I remember I was very excited because President Jimmy Carter was suppose to come to town to visit the church. But, he didn't come.
