Sure enough, I'll certainly raise questions on this site from time-to-time. However, I was raised Catholic and follow Catholic issues a lil' bit. For example, I tuned into wall-to-wall cvg by the media of the election of the Pope when I lived in Ireland.

Speaking of wall-to-wall cvg, the media here in AZ is all over the helo crash, as it happened in the Phx area. I do NOT believe the culprit on the ground should be charged with anything that happens the air above. If they were law enforcement maybe, but being held responsible for an accident happening in the air...with the meida buzzing around? No way.

Take care, God Bless,

Phil from humid AZ

The news people assumed the risk when they went up. In fact, I think that the news stations and the helicopter owners should be charged w/ creating a hazard. IMO, no one has the right to chase a chase. If they were on the ground in cars, they would definitely be charged. Since they were in the air, they want to charge to criminal on the ground. That makes no sense to me.

There should be a law. :-)

I think that it makes some folks feel better if they blame someone, no matter how ridiculous the charge, rather than blaming the behavior of the folks who REALLY caused the accident. An unfortunate aspect of human nature if you ask me.

Phil
