Both brother and sister were screened twice. Brother at 15 and 17 and sister at 16 and 18. They had to drink a bottle of medicine the night before the exam. Upon their joint arrival at the hospital, they were both injected and discussed their medical history. They were then taken separately for examination. Here they were assigned to a group with three other children of the same sex. After a very detailed examination and many photographs were taken, their whole body was shaved and smeared with disinfectant and they fell asleep on the operating table after the injection. They were given a numbing gel when the sex organs were examined, but this examination was still very painful. Instruments were introduced into their vagina and penis, which greatly expanded their vagina and penis, and it hurt a lot. When they woke up from the anaesthetic, they had catheters in their urethra and rectum. The urethra catheter was attached to a device that regulated urine leakage. These were removed after a week. After the first examination, their whole body ached for a long time. Mostly breasts, vagina and penis with testicles. After about a month of examination, they felt a general release of momentum, less frequently going to the toilet. The second examination was much less painful, with the catheters removed two hours after waking.
