(ooc: Lmao! Never never land. XD I'm making a mental note of that one.)

"Excuse me for a moment Max."

Before Max had time to say or ask anything Midori was up and away. He turned in his chair to have a look, curious to see what she was up to. Somewhat surprisingly she'd strolled over to "The Table" where "The Three Men" were stationed. Alright, he gave up trying to guess what she was doing. What was she going to do, throttle them? Arrest them? Say, that was an idea... but when she did her little Peter Pan escapade, however, he was dumbstruck. One couple had stopped what they were doing to see what was going on. Even the old man who'd been sitting quite still and unassuming had briefly glanced over the rim of his paper. On her return he carried an expression which resembled a mixture between surprisement, amusement and delight, mouth agape. "Geez. Now why couldn't I get a greeting like that?" he laughed.

"They shouldn't bother us to much anymore."

Yeah, as if. Max had been watching them. While the man's mates had been cheering him and Midori on, the expression on his face led to the impression that he'd just been castrated without anaesthesia. When he seemed to have gotten over the initial bewilderment and Midori had walked away, however, he looked murderous, the blood swelling up in his face and turning it a deep red colour. It seemed he wasn't one for playing games and having them end again before he'd even had his turn. "On the contrary, my dear." he said, putting on a classy English accent as he took a sip of coffee. "Still, I congratulate you, that was quite something." he grinned, holding a hand out for her to shake.
