Everything!

6500 and 5200 boards work fine in PowerCC.
5400 and 6400 boards auto-power down after a few seconds. 6400 and 5400 boards work fine in 6500 chassis.
Full saga on my site! Have tested PSU and rechecked wiring repeatedly. Since 6500 board is fine, just wonder if it's a SCSI issue (which some x400 boards are known to have).
