We had the beltline in scouts and at a full meeting, that meant several licks in about six seconds or so. Admittedly after the start we were running and a few missed but it was "good" enough that everyone dreaded seconds. After my first trip down the beltline gauntlet, I definitely went up! Up seemed like the rational way to go; so I was definitely hopping. Not really hopping mad, just hopping! I took the one socially acceptable rub and tried to pretend it didn't hurt. But it tingled and stung quite a while. It sounds like you and your brother had some Come to Jesus moments in the family barn. I wondered exactly what they were (Kristina mentioned them) so here is an entry in the Merriam-Webster dictionary: "4. Entry from M-W online dictionary Any moment or meeting in which a frank, often unpleasant, conversation is held so as to bring to light and/or resolve some issue at hand. Boys, we're going to have a come-to-Jesus moment about the drugs I found in the house, and if no one tells me the truth then you're both going to get a whooping." An interesting choice of example. The dictionary writers', not mine. >>I heard that growing up often! Perhaps "good" changes >>its meaning a bit!
