Hebrews 12:11
For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

I think the key words here are 'painful' and 'trained'. This indicates to me that discipline should be carried out by physical means and that it should be given regularly.
So, to my mind, this verse suggests support for maintenance spankings.

Hebrews 4:13
And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

The key words here are 'naked and exposed' and 'give account'. This would suggest support for naked spankings and I think this is particularly applicable to girls.
