Btw Cath , should have the kids vote to name it LOL Okay so this week, the children here are both doing well with accepting and seeing value in their nightly bedtime spankings, My son used to really squirm and make it difficult to keep position, but he is holding his teddy bear and doing his best to be still and brave, and has made progress, however any suggestions? Homeschooling, our curriculum thats put together through our church is doing well, a few families had a small get together this week in the church hall and the kids were able to socialize and run around the gym to burn energy There was one child who was pulled aside, a boy of 12 who mom was swatting while matching to the ladies room, came back with puffy eyes rubbing his bottom, but in much better spirits to share with his friends! Everyone else on best behavior. Katie has improved in math , which she had been struggling and frustrated with, resulting in a couple mouth soapings this week, well more than a couple, but i explained yes shes frustrated but there are healthy respectful ways to express that, not temper tantrums and calling it "STUPID TIMES TABLES" :) We all have our moments. I wonder though, hey Cath could you ask your mature oldest what her opinion of Katie's childish behavior? Maybe coming from an older girl shed even better see the error in her ways Overall cleanliness like with a lot of young boys, Matthew is working on, he got one particular memorable paddling for leaving a lot of pee on the toilet seat that I then sat on! We do have one rule that some may say is silly or unimportant or miniscule but I see it as practice to follow specific instructions, I have them when come in the door, take shoes off and place hem neatly side by side with laces tucked into the shoes. Its cute seeing them rush to correct it when I clear my throat at the entryway Anyway, I hope that everyone's family and children, are safe happy, and warm bottomed matching a warm heart!
