I am spanked completely naked. My dad told me that it's meant to be humbling and to help put me in the right state of mind to accept discipline. It's actually not embarrassing for me. I'm so used to it that it feels totally normal. People act weird about nudity because of the cultural stigma, not because there is anything inherently shameful about it.
