Subject: A No /Nuthin' recipe to combat all those rich choc things!

This is a no egg yolks, sugar, salt, butter for those who wanted a 'healthy' nibble.
Pumpkin Fruit Slice.
I cup of cooked pumpkin
1 rounded cup of plain wholemeal flour
Half teaspoon of cream of tartar
Half teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup non fat cottage cheese
2/3 cup each of chopped raisins and sultanas
2/3 cup of crushed pineapple, unsweetened, fresh or tinned
2 egg whites. 1/4 cup of low fat milk
Mix fruit with pumpkin. Put flour and rising agents in a bowl add the cottage cheese, then the fruit/pumpkin mix. then the beaten egg whites and milk (may need a little more milk) Spread in greased slab tin and bake in moderate oven for around 30minutes at 175C - 350 F.
