but I think this would make a great cookie bar for dogs! I cook for my Boxer, Mack and was recently looking for something I could make and leave with the kennel for breakfast. Something nutritious, with no meat, that wouldn't need refrigeration - and this fills the bill.

I don't bake much anymore - since there are just two of us, we shouldn't be eating a *whole* cake or pie - but we could share this with Mack and know it is a healthy dessert (in his case, breakfast!)
