So for bold you do..

(B)and type what you want in bold here and then do this(/B) if you don't do the last bit you aren't telling your post (and possibly all those below it) that you are finished doing bold type. But it's easy enough to fix that so if it happens don't panic.

(U)underline the words(/U)

(I)itallecs(/I)

Remember its those sideways V's that you have to use. - Try it. :)
