"Lemon Herb Chicken sauce blend" by Schilling (red and yellow pkg.) Made according to directions it has "0" Fat Grams and is a tasty, lemony - little bit peppery sauce to use with boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Makes a satisfying meal when served over mashed potatoes and grilled chicken. If you make mashed potatoes using the thin skinned "new" potatoes or the red ones - it takes very little milk (use non-fat) to mash them (best to forego any butter or margarine.)
Vern also likes the BIG mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in as little oil as you can get away with, (in place of meat) served with aboved mashed potatoes and Lemon Herb sauce, a fresh vegetable and some fruit or a salad.
