Subject: Teas and tincutures (and cauldrons too ;)

Faye you go right ahead and ask whatever you like! I love talking about stuff like this. :) I don't think you can grow lavender in Florida very succesfully, :( I've often heard Meri bemoan the lack of it. I'm lucky here, I can harvest my own fresh (the lemon balm too) but you should easily be able to pick up the dried herbs from most herbal suppliers. My favourite headache/stress/tension tea is lavender, lemon balm and rosemary. I go a bit light on the rosemary as I have a slight tendancy to high blood pressure but it's not like I'm having it all the time so I figure it's okay. I actually think that the rosemary would be good for you Faye, I have done for a long time. :) Let us know if you manage to find the herbs.

Monika have you considered making a lavender/lemon balm tincture? That way you would have it to hand when you didn't want to wait for the tea to draw.

Cauldrons...well hmmmppfff! Why is it that everyone else seems to have one (or two, not looking at anyone in particular *G*)? LOL, (but Sandra, my sis, did mention she saw some in a little out of the way country shop..... maybe her and I need to go for a drive. ;) So far my tactics for keeping kids out of our yard have all involved rose thorns...... wonder what they'd make of a cauldron? ;))) ...can't wait to find out!
