Hmmm, I'm in that 10 to 50 lbs. need to loose group. I have to admit that I'm not too active in the winter, but I am very active in spring and summer. I do think that I suffer from (self diagnosed)Seasonal Depression due to the lack of sunlight, etc. Before hitting middle age, I'd gain a few pounds during the winter, but I'd lose that plus more in the spring and summer. Truly, I do not eat or snack much at all in the warmer months, but the pounds don't come off any more like they used to do. Sorry, I can't be your vegan buddy, I just have to have meat, potatoes, bread and milk.
