I don't think I could give up meat altogether but I do try and do a lot of light on the meat meals and a few totally non meat ones as well but when I want a steak (or a roast)... sorry, very little self control around a nice steak or a well cooked roast. But I think it's good to stay open to new things as well so I have a few vegetarian favourites and no objections to adding to the collection. :)
